Instructions
- Prepare the truffle mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate wafer cookies, softened cream cheese, white chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Shape the truffles: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to keep them from sticking.
