Description

Layered S’mores Pops are a fun, no-bake treat combining layers of melted chocolate, whipped marshmallow cream, graham crackers, and mini marshmallows, served in individual cups with popsicle sticks for a playful twist on the classic campfire dessert. Perfect for parties or a sweet snack, these pops deliver all the flavors of s’mores in a simple, chilled pop format.

Ingredients

Scale

Chocolate

  • 4 Hershey chocolate bars, chopped and divided

Dairy & Cream Mixture

  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 7 oz marshmallow crème (1 jar)
  • ¼ cup milk

Other Ingredients

  • 4 graham crackers, coarsely crushed and broken
  • ¾ cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate: Take 2 tablespoons of the chopped chocolate and set aside for topping later. Place the remaining chopped chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Set the melted chocolate aside.
  2. Make the whipped cream mixture: Using a mixer on high speed, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Then add the marshmallow crème and continue beating for about 30 seconds to incorporate. Finally, add the milk and blend everything until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  3. Assemble the pops: Arrange dixie cups on a tray for stability. Spoon approximately 2 teaspoons of crushed graham crackers into the bottom of each cup. Add 3 to 4 miniature marshmallows on top of the crackers, followed by about 2 teaspoons of the melted chocolate. Then spoon 3 tablespoons of the whipped cream and marshmallow mixture on top. Repeat these layers as desired.
  4. Add finishing touches and insert sticks: Sprinkle the remaining chopped chocolate and crushed graham crackers on top of each pop. Finally, insert popsicle sticks into the cups to serve as handles, making them easy to hold and eat.

Notes

  • For easier layering, chill the melted chocolate slightly so it thickens but is still pourable.
  • You can substitute the Hershey chocolate bars with any milk or semi-sweet chocolate of your choice.
  • Use sturdy dixie cups or small disposable cups to support the pops properly.
  • If you don’t have popsicle sticks, sturdy wooden skewers can be used instead.
  • Keep the pops chilled until serving as they are best enjoyed cold.
