Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces. Toss them with the olive oil and then coat evenly with the chicken seasoning to ensure flavorful bites.
  2. Skewer the Chicken: Thread the chicken pieces tightly onto 6-inch bamboo skewers, arranging about 4 pieces per skewer to fit your air fryer basket.
  3. Air Fry the Chicken: Place the skewers in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. You may need to do this in multiple batches depending on the size of your air fryer (6-quart capacities typically fit 8 skewers at once).
