- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Toss the diced chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the pieces are evenly coated.
- Cook Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is cooked through and lightly browned.
- Make Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and adjust seasoning as needed to your taste.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a generous layer of the garlic sauce over each one. Add the cooked chicken on top, then sprinkle evenly with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Fold the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
- Cook Wraps: Place the folded wraps back into the skillet over medium heat. Toast each side for 2 to 3 minutes until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese inside has melted.
